mysqldump database structure only

Hi

Is it possible to create a new database based on the structure of an existing database. Basically you are making a copy of an existing database without the data. I didn't know if this was something you could do with mysql or perhaps there are native sql commands for this

I am a database novice so I don't know these things.
Thanks

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

If you don't want to do it via shell/command line, you can always install phpMyAdmin (www.phpmyadmin.net) and use the GUI via Apache/PHP to export the database without the data.
