Issue when booting

I have two stations running xp with vmware and ubutu. The xp is on the domain. When they leave and try to boot up at home the pc hangs. If they hard wire into their home network everything is fine. They also get lsa errors.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Sounds like the work stations may be configured for an ISA firewall(proxy server).  You may want to examine the network settings.  You could also try logging in locally on the workstations and not on the domain when they are out of the office.
