DL Expansion Issues during E2K3 to E2K7 SP1 migration
Hi,
I have begun moving mailboxes from E2K3 to E2K7SP1. So some of my DL's have users on E2K3, and users on E2K7SP1. In the case where a unix script is hardcoded to send an email to an SMTP address which belongs to a distribution group, pointing to the IP address of thhe E2K3 mail server, only the members of the list that have mailboxes on the E2K3 server receive an email. If I send an email to the list fromm Outlook, all the users on the list get the email. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!
Alan

I am assuming that you are on the 2007 server?
Do you have any problems sending from users on the 2003 server to users on the 2007 server?
As you are going to have to do it at some point anyway (presumably) have you tried pointing the unix script at the 007 server as the SMTP server?
