Losing connections on T5135 Thin Client

I have been using an HP T5135 at a health care facility for at least 2-3 months now. And it seems like once every other week, at random, one or two of the  thin clients will discard their connections.  At first I thought it possibly a user playing with the settings, but I have since then put the clients into user mode so it would lock the settings

We use the devices in local mode and have Citrix ICA connections set up to point to program neighborhood and one other medical database application on our server farms.

Any Ideas?

We have several of these Thin Clients in Use.

We have had similar issues with a few of them.
On most of them we were able to Re-flash the BIOS and update the OS and this has fixed the problem.

On one of them, this did not help.
HP Support was contacted and unit was replaced under warranty.
