Applying the AC_RunActiveContent.js fix to a Rollover Image in IE7

I want to apply the AC_RunActiveContent.js fix to a Rollover Image in IE7 (see link below). I know how to wrap a flash movie to do it, but how do I do it here?
I've commented it out at the top because the rollover image doesn't work it all when I leave it in without the supporting code below.

Thanks,

John

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

AC_RunActiveContent.js only applies to Flash Movies.  It is not required for images.
