What type of CERT do I need for TSL?

We have Exchange 2003 with a Barracuda SpamFirewall as the Gateway. I need to enabled SMTP/TLS and I am trying to get a signed cert for this to install on my Barracuda. My question is we send email from our server from two different domains.

What kind of cert will validate both email domains? I just worry that if I buy a cert that says mail.address1.com when someone from @address2.com sends a TLS email the cert will not match the address and that could cause some problems.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Certs do not validate domains, they validate servers.  If the server name of your server is mail.address1.com then that is what the cert must be - it doesn't matter what domains go through that address.
