MS Access error: Microsoft Office Access cannot change the working directory to F:\

I get this error when I open MS Access 2003:  Microsoft Office Access cannot change the working directory to F:\.

Access was not installed using an .mst file.

Open or create a database.  Go to Tools|Options|General.  Change the Default Database Folder to some other location that is always read/write accessible.
