Need code to brighten, contrast, and sharpen bitmap using GDI+ ASP.NET

I've got code on a webpage.aspx that will resize, compress, and save a .jpg from an uploaded digital camera.
If I was doing this by hand in Photoshop, I would have brightened it about 20, contrasted it about 3, and clicked on the sharpen choice under filters.

I can't seem to get any code to do this. I will double the maximum points allowed if someone can give me the function that accepts a bitmap as a parameter and then brightens, contrasts, and sharpens it. Hoping for numbers that I can increment up or down. Need to know how to use "unsafe" code if necessary, can't use if "unsafe" code can't work on ISP webserver.

Will consider shareware or commercial products if they are not too bulky/expensive.

I am familiar with all of these. I will look at them again this weekend but I haven't been able to use them. Here is part of the original question:
"if someone can give me the function that accepts a bitmap as a parameter and then brightens, contrasts, and sharpens it."
