FLASH Drawing API - How to create a stamp tool

I am trying to figure out how to create a stamp like tool for a drawing movie - the using of a pen and everything is done, but i would like to add a stamp feature, like the one found here - www.imaginationcubed.com, obviously this is all the bells and whistles, but i would like to have the ability to have a couple of stamps the user can utilize.

Thanks

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

if using AS2 , you could have a combo with the names of symbols in library. When user chooses a symbol, you let him attachMovie the symbols upon click on mouse position. If you need example, let me know I send you. inform actionscript version you are using

Is there anyway of when the stamp is selected that is show as the mouse icon so the user knows which stamp they have control of?

julianopolitoCommented:
for sure. You need to create an instance of the stamp at the moment the user clicks and make it follow the mouse. I'll make that change for you.... just this time ...... ;))
