Have one user who has mail that, according to message tracking, is being deliverd to her store locally but not appearing in her outlook, OWA or Outlook 2003. The final event of the tracking result is "SMTP Store Driver: Message delivered locally to store to....." with the correct users email address. The Outlook junkmail filter is turned off. It is inconsistent as far as what appears in outlook and what doesn't ie email from a person may appear one day and the next time they send, it won't.
It is only 1 user out of 80 users having issues. We are running exchange 2003 SP2 with Outlook 2003. Surely this is something simple.......help greatly appreciated
