Restore public folder in exchange 2003

Can I restore oab through a public folder restore process?How would I do this if possible?

I may be mistaken but I don't think you can.
The OAB is a system folder that is automatically generated.

Hopefully others will provide feedback.

I don't think so, you will need to go to system fodler reset :
