Setting to kill hung Citrix sessions?

Hi

We are using Citrix Presentation 4 for one of our applications.

I notice that sometimes the application crashes. It's not very often, but does happen. However, when users disconnect the application and then log onto Citrix again, they enter the application in the same state as when it crashed so can't do anything. Is there any way to set a time out to kill this session?

I see you asked a similar question that someone else answered very well.  But one good tool for programs hanging us UPH Clean.  Can be downloaded here, then you install on your terminal/citrix server.  This should help some with the crashes and the profile hangs, as well as the advice you received on the other question.
