Defining Logical /Physical Structure

Hello,

I'm trying to work through an exercise that requires me to define the logical & Structure of an Oracle database.  I have a case study.  I thought through and have so far identified the following things that I believe should be done.

Logical

Logical ERD
Dataflow Diagram
Define Users / Roles
Validate the relationships to make sure queries / reports can be generated
Define tablespaces
Define block size
Define Index's
database sizing

Physical

Physical ERD
Creation of tables spaces
Create users
create index's to improve performance
define security

Does this look like I've captured most things - anything else that I should consider?

Many Thanks.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Physical hardisk devices - independent, RAID; If RAID - place seqiential files on independent
Multiplex control files and online Redo files. If RAID, then use independent devices

Heavy duty or not. If heavy duty - what load balancing? RAC?
Hardware strategy - big RISC minicomputer or farm of clustered Intel servers
OS - Windows/Unix/Linux
Encrypting of most important columns
