How do I use the Regserver command to register jsbbar16.ocx

I am unsure of the parameters for using the Regserver command from the "run" command. Can anyone tell me the exact steps to regoster JSBBAR16.ocx on a Vista operating system? How about XP? THANK YOU.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

For Vista
1.- run "secpol.msc"

2.- Expand "Local Policies"

3.- Click on the "Security Options"

4.- On the Right PAN, select all items with the name "User Account Control" and either "disable" it or "do not prompt" mode for this.

5.- Restart the computer

6. Open Command prompt

7. Type runsvr32 (ocx or dll name)

8. I would suggest putting back the settings before the restart

For XP Steps 6 and 7 should do it
