Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Do you have Norton Antivirus installed? Look on the CD if so, under the Support folder to see if it is present, and try launching it...

Or run a repair of Norotn to see if it goes away....

Then hit F3, and enter msredist, and see where it lands... Whats the DisplayName, UninstallPath and the Repair values listed?

Norton was the right path...I uninstalled Norton System Works and the problem went away.   Reinstalled System Works and message does not appear now.
