Best backup solutions?

I am looking for a backup solution that will accomplish a few things. First, I want it to backup my data locally on site, then I want it to replicate offsite to a protected environment. It would be ideal if it was a tapeless solution or one that does not rely on the end users for administration (like a tape backup solution relies on the local people changing the tapes). I have been researching zenith infotech's solution, however I would like a more known company - someone well established in the industry.

Any ideas or suggestions?

Have a look into Microsoft's Data Protection Manager 2007.
It is mainly targeted to disk-based backup. It does continuous backup with recovery points up to every 15 minute interval. It does DPM to DPM replication, giving you the required offsite storage. And handles Microsoft backoffice applications very well.
Dell currently sell 3 appliances in the DP series that give you all the storage and the DPM software in one solution.

Yes, I'm constantly getting e-mails of from them for various managed services they offer.  They are a public company on the Mumbai stock exchange (India) and have been in business for 10+ years.  I've never used them... but I've heard them spoken of positively (if not occasionally as expensive) by other consultants.
