Hi - Whenever I try to run a microsoft product, such as Word, Excel, etc., the installer runs and attempts to install the software - even though it's already installed.  If I click CANCEL in the install windows a few times, the message goes away and my application runs.  I've tried to uninstall, re-install and re-pair, and can't do any - the process continues to fail.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello srtechpdccpa,

Something went wrong in Office installation.  Use Windows Installer Cleanup Utility to remove Office and then reinstall Office.

Hope this helps!

You need to run the Windows Installer CleanUp Utility.

Install the utility, select Office and clean it.

Of course, after this, office will no longer work, but you can reinstall it without the errors.
