I could not find driver for PCI-USB2 on asus board for windows 2003 server, what could I do

If you can't find a driver on the Asus Site then you are not going to be able to use the device. Its possible that the Windows XP driver will work - try that.

what do you mean  with : "PCI-USB2 "  is it an add-on card? then youneed the drivers for the card; of it is on-board, the mobo drivers should be available

bu1t asus do not put drivers for 2003 for that card

Is this an ASUS branded card or is it built by another company. The more detail on the card you give us the easier it will be to find the driver if its out there.
Preferably the brand and model number of the card is needed.

if asus has no 2003 drivers, you cannot use it on 2003 - period
look for a card that supports 2003
