Hi dheeraj_va,

Group policy does not contain settings to specify date format. You would have to create administrative template or import registry file with logon script.

"How to Implement a Policy to Set the Date Format"

This KB article is written for Windows NT4, but similar adm file should be easy to import in GPO.

Script should contain something like this (I haven't tested it): REG add "HKCU\Control Panel\International" /v sShortDate /t REG_SZ /d "ddd-mmm-yyyy" /f

The only thing I'm not sure of, is this format "ddd-mmm-yyyy" supported at all?
