I can post a script that does this if that'd help. &nbsp;I'd need to know a little more about how you'd want it to work. &nbsp;For example, do you have Microsoft Access so the records could go into a database?

Having done that the head of departments would like to have at the end of every month a resume of the ammount of time spent by each user for a certain type of meeting (meeting with the financial dept, marketing etc...)<br />
