Exchange 2007 Deploy Help.

I have just deployed a new exchange 2007 server in a new AD environment.  I am sending mail and recieving it.  There are about 10 mailboxes and all users are on outlook 2003.  My issue is with configuring Offline Address book settings, Configuring Certificate for outlook anywhere service, and acitve sync.  I would also like it to be compatible with outlook 2007 when that is installed in the future.  OAB seems to be configured for outlook 2003, but not 2007.  Do I have to create DNS Zones for every domain used for e-mail?  Are there specific records I enter?  I am very familiar with OWA/active sync certificate settings on exchange 2003, but I am just lost here.  Does someon have a good simple walkthrough so I can finish up?  Also I am recieving the following error on all my outlook 2003 clients: 0X8004010F.  Sync issue related to OAB.  Any help woudl be great.  Thanks!
