Alexa Toolbar Won't Uninstall

I'm working on a client's windows 2000 pc.  Alexa toolbar has hijacked Internet Explorer.  Every time the computer boots Internet Explorer starts up with Alexa toolbar wanting you to put in personal information.  I've tried several removal tools including Sypbot with no success.  Every time you reboot it comes right back.  Any suggestions appreciated.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.
