Cant get mailbox manager to delete messages

I have set up a new recipient policy (mailbox manager).

I want this policy to delete my users email in their deleted mail folder, when it´s older than 14 days and of any size.

When i start the mailbox manager process it doesnt delete any mail at all.

I use the following filter:

(&(ou>="")(name=billund*))

Any good ideas?

thanks

You can get detailed reports like this -> http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa997327(EXCHG.65).aspx

The report I was thinking of was an Event ID at the time it ran (~4am) but I may have my versions mixed up...

Thanks Kieran_b

Found the report options so now i get a message every time. In the meantime i found that it was my filter under mailbox management that created my initial problem -> doing nothing at all.

Now everything regarding this issue is working perfectly ...
