Playing MP3 files on a web page using flash - What's the best way?

I have several MP3 files that I'd like my web users to be able to click on and play without needing any special plugins or downloads.  I'd like them to play right from within the page using a flash-based player of some sort.  I've found that this is pretty easy to do for a video file (.flv) by just choosing Insert > Media > Flash Video from within Dreamweaver.  But I haven't found a comparable way to do that for a simple MP3 file.  Does anyone have any recommendations or advice?  Ideally I'll be able to list 5-10 selections that users can click on to hear the file and have play controls.

The JW Media Player for Flash is free and really nice. You just input your songs into an xml list and the player automatically plays them.

There is also a wizard that lets you customize the JW Media Player: http://www.jeroenwijering.com/?page=wizard
I use Swish Jukebox.  It works great and is worth the 30 bucks. http://www.swishzone.com/index.php?area=products&product=jukebox
