i just want to switch the connections not the user.  user will remain the same.
Hello Georgeidp,

In Oultook, select to leave a copy of email on server.  Then you can access the same email from two computers. In your account settings, More Options > Adcanced, check to leave a copy on server. Select the number of days that you want to leave on server. Click OK.

Yes, you can set two settings from different internet providers.

Hope this helps!

i think what i was trying to say is there a way, i can just use the file menu and change connections from home  based network to the work based settings without changing the incomming and outgoing server smtp all the time.

Georgeido, thanks for the clarification.  I do not know of a way to change SMTP connection automatically from Home to Work situation.
