I had the same issues Vista/Office 2007. I narrowed it down to Power ISO v3 &nbsp;Shell Integration &nbsp;shortcuts worked again. &nbsp;This was causing grief &nbsp;on 2 of my systems.

i have installed office 2007 on my vista business computer. &nbsp;When vista classes one of the office programs as a faviorite it moved it onto the start menu, but it does the link does not work. &nbsp;It works for any other programs on the start menu, and if i go to all programs, microsoft office then the porgram i want that works.<br />
