Anyway to change reminder time on "All day event"?

Is there any type of registry hack to permanently change  the reminder time in Outlook 2003 calendar appointment for an all day event from 18 hours to something else?

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

helpfully, MS say no :-(

"For all-day events, the default reminder time is 18 hours in advance. Although you can't change the default for all of the all-day events you create, you can change the reminder time individually on each appointment."
