it's a tool that sets security policy for windows.<br />

But I can't find the tool. &nbsp;<br />

Here is my system: &nbsp; <br />
Windows Vista<br />
.Net 1.1, .2.0, 3.0, 3.5 &nbsp;all installed.<br />

where can I download this tool? <br />

But I can't find the tool.  

Here is my system:   
Windows Vista
.Net 1.1, .2.0, 3.0, 3.5  all installed.
