Print spooler services does not start properly I cant use my printers server

after installing some new drivers, the print spooler on my windows 2000 server
does not start properly. meaning i cant either print, add or delete any of my printers
the drivers installed were twain drivers and scanrouter which is a feature installed to my copiers to be able to scan documents to be sent to a server folder. I uninstalled them but it didn't fix the problem
within the errors i have got are

Get printerA could not be located in the dynamic link library spoolss.dll
and
spoolsv.exe entry point not found

this is very urgen please help.. im about to get fired!!!!

Here are the steps you can try:
- Remove the printer with the following procedure:
http://members.shaw.ca/bsanders/CleanPrinterDrivers.htm
- Uninstall SP4
- Install printer
- Install SP4 again

Thanks! by just erasing them from the registry and installing all of them againg the issue was solved...

Objection! My procedure includes the part for cleaning the registry and reinstall the printer. Also, my comment comes 7 days before the author post his request. I don't know whether or not the author has used my solution. Refund seems not to work.
