Oracle Lite Syncing issue.

We are experiencing problems when syncing 2 out of 4 Symbol Scanners running Window CE 2003. We receive an error 183-Column %s not found on 2 of the 4 scanners.  The following is our current/past setup and the steps taken to fix the issue:
Moved from Oracle 9i on a Win2k server to Oracle 10g (10.2.0.3.0).  Setup the same Oracle Lite version on the new server as was on the old (10.0.0.0.1) server and applied all the same patches.  Published the same Package.. no changes.

We have tried:
Republishing the package
Changing user names on the 2 "bad" PDA's
Dropping MobileAdmin and reinstalling and republishing
Wiping the PDA's (BTW, all 4 PDA's are exactly the same in version and model.. only difference is the device ID we give them.)

Unique changes:
In the Mobile Admin Server we changed the maximum database connections from 4 to 10 and were able to get one more PDA going. However, after wiping it and reinstalling all necessary software we are back to the same problem.
The initial Sync on both bad PDA's gives an error of POL-5205 Column not found.  Subsequent syncs give the 183 error.
The PDA is receiving the data from the server, however, when syncing it does a complete refresh and will not send any new data to the Live database.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

The problem seems to be resolved (crossing fingers on the 3rd day of error-free production time).

I decided to implement Sequencing on the package.  The is a little-documented area of the WTGPACK utility that Oracle recommends enabling/using when multiple clients will be using the Publication.  Once this was done and the package was republished all my Symbol 9000 scanners sync without error.
