Use windows authentication with Apache server webpages?

Is there anyway to use windows domain (active directory) authentication for an intranet set built with php, and apache?

Try looking here.  You will need to setup the LDAP module for apache.
http://httpd.apache.org/docs/2.0/mod/mod_auth_ldap.html

Or if you want a single-sign on start reading at http://modntlm.sourceforge.net/ for ntml-authentication for apache.

You might also want to look into LDAP and/or krb authentication as well.
