Do you have any email filtering software?

You need to add SPF records to your domain's external DNS.  SPF is a text record that is  identifies you in the DNS world as valid domain.

See reference:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sender_Policy_Framewor

Also see:

http://www.openspf.org/

They have a wizard for creating SPF records.

It means that you have The Sende ID filtering enabled. Launch ESM---> Global Setings--->Message delivery---->Sender ID filtering tab--->select either accept or delete.
Alternatively go to ESM---->servers--->yourservername---->protocolsoooo>smtp----->default smtp virtual server---->roght click---->properties---->advanced---->edit---->uncheck apply sende ID filter.
