Windows Explorer Directory detailed information

Does anyone know of an application (preferably freeware) that can either view or view/export Windows file directory information in some kind of report, including security permissions and 'modified by' fields for the directories and files?  My company had a program once a long time ago that accomplished something similar and exported to Excel but no one can remember what it was.  Tried WinDirStat, Directory Report, & Advanced Directory Printer but those are not what we're looking for.  Must also be able to view network drives.  Thanks in advance.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

I've found WinDirStat to be very useful in breaking down and viewing Win file directory information, including mapped drives:

You can kind of export a report - if you expand whatever folders you want (or all of them) you can generate a report that will open an email with the applicable information.  However, it does not include security information, or modified by fields.  If it's useful to you, then great.  If not, hopefully some other expert knows of software that will do what you need.

I've also tried the free Treesize.  I tested out the trial last night for Treesize Pro, it's not bad but doesn't provide us with what we need.
