Why can i not access a particular website from behind the isa server?

I am trying to access www.lanescans.com from my network. I can get to the login page, but it will not allow me to login, the request times out after i hit login.  I am able to bypass the isa server and just go thru my netgear firewall and access/ login just fine.  I do not want my users bypassing the isa firewall, so i need to figure out why the isa firewall will not allow me to log on to this site.  I have tried using publishing web server , but it does not work.  I was able to create an access rule that allowed me to log onto the website from the isa server itself, but not the client computers (since i have deleteed those rules).  The isa server is on a small business server 2003.
Thanks!

I tired...I created a user defined protocol allowing port 8080, tcp in the outbound directions.  I then created a new access rule for that protocol from all networks to my allow list, which is the ip of lanescans.com, also www.lanescans.com/* and www.lanescans.com:8080, even added http://www.lanescans.com:8080/Cumulus/Standard/SelectCatalog.jsp to the allow list..but still i cannot access this site (past the homepage) from behind the isa server.
It took me a few tries to get it working right, but once i got everything setup properly, it worked perfectly!!!  Thanks!!!
Just got in from work :) - Nice - glad you got it working OK.
