Unable to import Outlook Activities... "Update Activities" grayed out.

I'm unable to import Outlook Activities... "Update Activities" grayed out.  I'm running Outlook 2003 (11.5608.5606) and ACT! 2008 (10.0.1.199) on Windows XP Pro 2002 SP2.  Anyone have any ideas on why this option isn't available?  Or how to get it to become available?

Try this:
1. Restart your computer (clear memory)
2. Start ACT! Do NOT start Outlook
3. Go to Tools/Outlook Activities/Update Activities
4. Verify Outlook as Profile, then on same page click Options at bottom, last set as Default.
5. Open Outlook and repeat Step 3
Does that work?

Thanks, HTG and GL.  I tried both and they didn't seem to work.

HTG, even after a restart it is still grayed out.

GL, I am an Administrator.

I have no idea why or how but it is working now.  I'm going to give credit to the first response since it is probably the mostly likely solution seeing as how I didnt do much else since my last post other than restarting the system.

I have a similar problem.  I am running ACT! 2006 and Outlook 2007 in a Windows XP environment.  I tried rebooting the computer and then starting ACT! only but both Update Activities and Remove Activities are grayed out.  I don't really know how to disable Outlook Integration particularly as I don't think I've ever enabled outlook integration.  That's what I'm trying to do now.
