Blackberry Professional software failed forwarding message won't sync mail, calendar, contacts

I have installed the blackberry professional software on my SBS  2003 R2 server

I changed all the security permissions as stated in the instructions

I created my user in the blackberry manager

I wiped my device

I plugged in my blackberry into the server

I assigned the device to my user

I did the activation with the device plugged in since it would not work when I "Set Activation Password" and tried to activate it wirelessly

I was able to get my mail, contacts, calendar, tasks, etc. when it was plugged in.

It hasn't done anything since. I can't even PIN messages from the server to my device right now.  

The errors that show up for my users are:
IT Policy Status: Error
Last Result: Failed forwarding message

I can't seem to get this thing to update my device. Also how can I fix it so that it activates wirelessly in the future?

The problem was caused by Telus.  Telus (my service provider) can't enable the BES service on my account because the rate plan that I have doesn't allow it (not expensive enough).

Moral of the story, don't sign a 3 year contract on a phone/device.  Especially if it sounds too good to be true (unlimited everything for $15 a month)

GET A WINDOWS MOBILE DEVICE, IT WILL SYNC TO EXCHANGE WITHOUT ANY OTHER SOFTWARE ($$$)
