I'm using ACT! 2008 v.10.0 and Word 2003.
In ACT!, I click Write > New Letter/ E-Mail Template
A new Word document appears as Document1.doc. I cannot seem to find any ACT! field list that allows me to drop in fields from ACT! into the Word document.
Prior to this in ACT! 2004, Word would just pop open with a floating field list that I could click to drop a field into the document. So I'm not really sure WHERE to look to find this field list.
I went under Tools > Templates and Add-Ins
I see the ACT.dot under Global templates and Add-Ins UNchecked.
So I checked it, click OK. Nothing changes.
