I have an Exchange 2007 server spun up and have some public folders that are mail enabled, which are shared between many users. &nbsp;<br />

I have a problem with if one user reads a message so the message goes from bold to normal text, another user checks the folder and the same message that is read is still bold like it was not opened yet, even though it was read.<br />

Any thoughts on why this would be happening?<br />
