my gmail account indicates a virus

I've attached the mail message I keep getting in the code snippit.

What does this mean? What do I do? I've run antivirus and antispyware software and both pulled up nothing. I got a message from 1and1.com (hosting) saying that one of my hosting accounts is being used for spam. I don't know if that's related.

Thanks.

Hi Tom,

I realize that you are busy with the training.

When you're ready, I've got a good list of possible affiliates below.
