recreating ctxsys in 10g

Oracle Database 10g Enterprise Edition Release - 64bi
PL/SQL Release - Production
CORE      Production
TNS for Solaris: Version - Production
NLSRTL Version - Production

The above is my oracle version.I need to drop my CTXSYS user and then re-create it with all relevant objects.Can anyone guide me with a step by step approach

ctxsys.sql   -  to recreate the user

ctxrelod.sql - to recreate the objects

SQL>connect sys/pasw@alias as sysdba
SQL>shutdown immediate
SQL>startup migrate
SQL>startup upgrade
SQL>shutdown immediate
