Server service being knocked out and suspect Trend AV causing issue.

Have done the usual extending pagepoolsize etc but has not helped.  Have seen that this error usually arrises when I log onto file the server in question - loading the rdp profile/session seems to then exceed the pagepoolsize and knock the server service out.  I have tried Trend for a fix (the one above was suggested, but had done this already).  Anyone with some ideas on way forward here (aside from removing the AV that is).  I did run with AV disabled for a period and the issue did not recur.
