"Disabled Items" button missing or moved in Outlook 2007

I am looking for the "Disabled Items" button in Outlook 2007.

In 2003 it was located:

Help => About microsoft Office

However this option is no longer there in 2007. Does anyone know where Bill has moved it to? I am running Outlook 2007 with SP1 installed.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Use the following steps to access Disabled items:

1.      On the Tools menu, click Trust Center.
2.      In the Navigation Pane, click Add-ins.
3.      In the Manage list, select Disabled Items, and then click Go.
