Integrating Exchange and Active directory globally

We have a project at work to build new exchange and AD servers and join our parent domain abroad.  The idea being to integrate Exchange and AD globally.  Any advice or web-sites anyone can recommend regarding integrating Exchange and AD in this fashion would be appreciated.  At present we are simply a small company running one SBS server with our domain hosted off-site.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

* Install a new WIndows server into your parent companies domain.

If you have a lot of users or data.

* Use the Microsoft Active Directory Migration Tool to migrate users, workstations and their data across to the new domain.
* Use File Copying (Robocopy) to move data, rebuild or join machines to new domain, create new user accounts.

For both use Exmerge or PST Export/Import to move Exchange data to new Exchange server. This is because only one Exchange Organisation is allowed in a single AD Forest.
