I dont seem to know why we are seeing invalid TS ports on our file and print servers.
I have provided some screen shots.

Do you have Disconnected TS sessions on your servers or in your environment?

No i do not
I dont think you mean invalid -

When a user logs on with one computer and that local computer is redirection printers it creates a port for the printer in terminal services.  This is how the server keeps track of what printers belong to which sessions and computers.  When a client logs off the port over time should be clean up but sometimes this fails to happen.  The port list just keeps growing.  It doesnt do harm but if you like things nice you can use UPHCLEAN and it helps to clean those ports up when a user logs off.
