I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Thanks but the DNS server is not configured correctly on a SBS 2003 server
When you run

nslookup www.google.com

from command line, what do you see?

this is what I see:

Microsoft Windows [Version 5.2.3790]
(C) Copyright 1985-2003 Microsoft Corp.

H:\>nslookup www.google.com
*** Can't find server name for address Non-existent domain
Server:  UnKnown

Non-authoritative answer:
Name:    www.l.google.com
Aliases:  www.google.com

You need  to create a reverse lookup zone where you create   PTR record to map server ip to its domain name.
