Hi there

is there any way that you can share just free/busy info with people in your org without having to publish it to the web?

Thanks

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Hi, Luke.

Free and busy information is automatically shared with everyone in your Exchange organization.  Are all of the people in your org usging Exchange and in the same Exchange org?

Create an appointment and invite one or more people in your organization.  Click the Scheduling tab and you should see all the attendees listed on the left and their free/busy time plotted on the grid.
