How to disable My Documents Redirection

How do you disable Documents redirection or if possible can it be turned on selectively per user?
SBS 2003 R2 with SP2 and Windows XP Professional as clients

You normally configure Folder Redirection via GPO:
http://www.windowsnetworking.com/articles_tutorials/Profile-Folder-Redirection-Windows-Server-2003.html
So just follow the steps in reverse.

Remember to do the following first:

If you put the users in separate containers in AD - you can apply different GPOs to the groups...
