Disabled mail account does not show up under disconnected mailboxes in exchange 2007

I disabled a mail account this morning and got word that the account still needed to be active so a user can check the email.  I looked in the disconnected mailboxes and the account does not appear.  Is there a way to force the mailbox to appear or is there a certain amount of time before it shows.  I have the deleted items and mailboxes set to the default so that is not the issue.

I've seen this before. Can you try the Clean-mailbox powershell command: -

Clean-MailboxDatabase MailboxDatabaseName
