I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. you can schedule a job for this,
from sql server management studio -> object exploretr -> right click on SQL Server Agent and click "Start" if it has a Red mark

under that you can see Jobs -> right click -> new Job and enter the details and schedule it

I am sorry I just dont see it.
I can opposite mouse click on the database and choose a backup task and execute it manually.

However when I go to SQL server agent just dont wuite see how to schedule that backup as an agent.

I figured it out, I just had to generate a script. Thought there should have been a category and a specific task.
