Thanks everyone for answers,
I use exchange 2003 I give permission to users that have to open the shared calendar but when I try to open it from their client I recive an error like "can't find the folder" "impossibile trovare la cartella"
Dear,
I made several test, but it seems to share only the principal calendar.
Maybe it would be better to create a new calndar in the public folders with the same grants (visible only for some people).
Let me know if you need some help for this.
Ciao

Ok I try this workaround and it's workinking.
Delegate with editor role the calendar folder  of user1 (the one with the calendar to share) to user2 (the one to have to access to the shared calendar)
On user2's outlook open the Tools menu and click select  E-mail Accounts and select to open the mailbox of user1
In this way user2 can see user1 calendar subfolders
.
Dear,
in this way the user2 has to open user1's mailbox.
I think that the cleanest way it's (as I said you before) a public calendar that could be seen by user1 and user 2.
Anyway, it's good to see that you solved your issue.
Ciao ciao
